Applications are usually vetted by our management team to make sure we are hiring the best candidate for the team and also distinguish the applications with effort from those without.

Application Reviews

Usually 1-2 of our management team will notice and start reviewing your application checking it for consitency, proper use of information and that it meets their standeds.

Questions & Followup

Before continuing your application to any other process you may be contacted in regards to formalities or further interest in specific parts of your application.

For those who do not pass the initial application reviews you will be told so during this process.

Group Panel Interview

As we are creating a close team we want to make sure everyone fits which is why all interviews will consist of a variety of management and current staff who may choose to ask you questions of their own.

Application Denied

Unfortunately if you see your application was denied it doesn't mean we don't think you're good enough, it's more we feel you would be better suited somewhere else.

All denied applicants will however be given constructive feedback on how to better their skills, work and applications for the future.

Here at Haven Realms this position is a cruical part of what makes our team work properly, this person will be required to oversee every aspect of development and be able to render quick decisions to continue their workflow. The primary duties of this role include but are not limited to:
  • Planning the production of new gamemode features, content and gameplay mechanics.
  • Managing and overseeing the production of development teams.
  • Organizing and arranging all Qualitiy Assurance teams, documentation and times.

Description

The candidate for this role will primarily be in charge of making sure everything here at Haven Realms works the way it should and that everyone is able to play with steady gameplay and no problems hat might effect the players during their time on the server, the duties would include but not be limited to:
  • Overseeing all testing and quality assurance related to content, gameplay mechanics and features.
  • Actively find, patch and improve upon bugs and problems.
  • Use provided platforms to find and address specific bugs or problems made known by players.
  • Be able to address and identify bugs and problems then documenting the methods to achieve the same reults.
